Working across real estate, hospitality, and platform creation, with a focus on projects where design quality, material integrity, and long-horizon value are treated as inseparable.
Principal ventures. Selective private advisory. New platforms for how places are built and experienced.
Brad Gwinn's work spans principal-led ventures, selective advisory, and new platform formation, with a consistent focus on bringing land, design, operations, brand, and capital into alignment. The through line is a preference for projects where those elements cannot be separated without losing what makes them work, and where the quality of the built outcome is not treated as secondary to the logic of the deal.
PerspectiveAs COO of StandardVision, he led the design and installation of architectural media façades on landmark projects — work that sat at the intersection of real estate development, technology, and visual culture, and that shaped a lasting interest in how places create identity, influence behavior, and generate value beyond their physical form. That perspective continues to inform his work today, from how a project is structured financially to how a guest experiences a threshold.
AdvisoryHe also advises select private clients on high-value, design-sensitive projects. His owner's representative and strategic advisory work has included founders, investors, family offices, athletes, entertainers, and other prominent principals, often involving substantial complexity, discretion, and close coordination across design, construction, governance, and long-term planning.
A development and strategic services platform focused on high-value residential, hospitality, and mixed-use opportunities, from ground-up coastal compounds to the repositioning of legacy assets. Co-founded in 2007 with Roberto Moreno, Cardón began with discreet, technically complex owner's representation in Los Cabos before expanding into full design-build delivery, master planning, and product development. Its work spans principal development, owner's representation, and strategic advisory — including for founders, family offices, athletes, entertainers, and other prominent principals — on projects where design excellence, execution discipline, and stakeholder alignment are held to the same standard.
A hospitality and systems platform exploring new forms of continuity between guest, place, and operator, where a returning guest's preferences quietly shape the experience before arrival. Its work centers on operationally embedded intelligence, privacy-conscious systems, and next-generation hospitality models designed to make responsiveness feel effortless rather than surveilled.
An ongoing interest in where hospitality, technology, and the built environment are converging — and where new models are needed. This work focuses on identifying structural gaps, forming ventures around them, and building platforms that treat design, operations, and guest experience as a single system. Atûnia emerged from this practice.
